Making it Look Easy – 9.992 Second Pass in a Small Block Duster
Posted by: Rob

Ride along as this 1970 Duster runs 9.992 at 137mph at Lebanon Valley. No bottles or blowers here. This is a 340 car with a Liberty five speed and clutch. The trip begins in the staging lanes and ends on the return road. If you want to skip to the real action, the fun starts at around minute 2:00.

I like shifting smallblocks pretty high , so I stick to BB Chevrolet’s in my Nova . I’ve still blown up less of them by miles. Torque rules !!!
