If it is chrome paint and not actual chrome plating then there is a thin layer of silver followed by a clearcoat with tint (chrome contains hues of blue and purple plus one or two others) so you could always make the clearcoat less glossy to where it still looks chrome but doesn’t blind others. I wouldn’t be worried about others as much as trying to drive it with the sun reflecting off the hood. I know that was always an issue with the DeLoreans.

Depends on the state, but I think most do. Considered a distraction to other drivers, which is kinda is, but not more than someone’s show car.

They completely destroyed everything the Mustang represented. This car is true American Muscle, and should be treated as such. It’s not an Italian car, and shouldn’t look like one either. What a disgrace, I can’t believe how awful that looks. My eyes are burning!
