Giugiaro Porsche Concept
Posted by: John "Just Lucky to be Here" |
Now I love the 550 Spyder, but Porsches have never really done it for me. When I parked cars, I put several of them through the pacesthe performance was seriously impressivebut I never felt comfortable. I’m six-three, and every time I went to shift, my knee would slam into the underside of the dash. And honestly, I’ve never thought the styling was all that. But I do really like this Giugiaro concept I found on Hemmings. The guts are from a 914, and it has a set of gull wing door to access the motor. Pretty cool given that you have to drop the motor to do anything more than check the oil in a 914. |

I believe he designed the Delorean (I timeless classic, I might add) and those seats look almost like the ones in the 1st Prototype of the Delorean. http://www.entermyworld.com/gallery/delorean-prototype
These cars do need a good american V-8

You should try a 944- I’m almost 6’5″ and there is a reason I’m on my third one.
