Impalas- Old School vs. New School?

Check out that new Impala SS commerical with T.I. and Young Jeezy.  You gotta love the product placement too with those Kicker Solobarics pumpin in the trunk.  To me, hip-hop inspired commercials are usually pretty cheezy but this time around Chevy did a good job appealing to that Super Sport crowd.  Now the SS versions didnt come out until 1961, but Chevy was using celebs since way back, when they had Dinah Shore hocking Impalas back in 1959.  That got me thinking about one of my all-time dream cars, a 69 SS427.  Now I gotta pose the question to you guys, what’s your favorite SS Impala?  Early 60′s?  Mid to Late 60′s?  Mid 90′s? Or New School?
