Honda S2000 CR: Bringing Sexy Back
Posted by: Jen AKA SuzyBruisy |
Beginning in 2008, Honda will offer a lighter, stiffer version of the S2000. The CR (for "club racer") boasts a tight, sport-tuned suspension and better body rigidity. A removable aluminum hard-top will replace the existing soft-top, allowing for further reduced weight and additional structuring in the space where the top would normally hide during top-down driving. Pushing it forward will be the venerable 2.2 L VTEC, mated to a short-throw manual six-speed. Say, a roll bar might not be a bad idea.

Yes please.
Even though I’m too tall to fit very comfortably in these things, that’s a sick look. And you have to love a 240hp 4cyl right outta the box, with a wide range of aftermarket methods of increasing that.
I’m not agreeing on that color, though…that’s a little cartoon for me. But I’ll take one in graphite or charcoal, or in the S2000 OEM yellow color, I guess.
BS. You givin’ one, I’ll take it with no color. Hell, give me a clear one, I don’t care.
