Yup, you read that headline right. I lived in Florida for ten years, so I know firsthand that driving down there is crazy. But this story totally blew my mind. Michael Francis Wiley lost three-quarters of him limbs in an electrical accident, but that didn’t stop him from learning to drive, and at one point, he actually held a valid license.
