I recently had a chance to use the Monster Cable iCarPlay wireless FM transmitter, and this thing is wicked! There are cool little back-lit buttons used to select the FM frequency, and you can even dim them for night driving. Best of all, the FM transmitter audio is fantastic. This little baby will blow away any local station interference. I even tried setting the iCarPlay to a local radio station that normally comes in loud and clear, and my iPod audio still shined through. Nice. You still get better sound quality by using a direct connection, but if you need to use an FM transmitter (such as when driving a rental car, or road-trippin’ in your friend’s ride) then this is one of the best around.

I’ve bought it. The sound output is low and noisy somtimes.

I had one for about a day and got sick of it. it cost as much as an iPod kit. just get the iPod kit because alot of the sound quality gets lost in the radio.

I’ve had this guy for over a year and it i the most awesome lil thing I’ve had to use so I do recommend this product to anyone looking for an fm transmitter. Good sound quality, charges your ipod while its connected and it looks cool to boot heh.
