Challenger Mule

I’ve been kind of distracted this week–getting ready for our top secret Groups release–so I missed the latest Challenger hoopla. Basically a guy over at LS1GTO.com snapped a photo of a Challenger mule running around Michigan in camo–maybe DC Dodge is trying to cover up the fact that the production version will have a B-pillar. Anyway, cool stuff (even though it still looks fat to me).

I guess I’m the only one that can’t wait to see the new Challenger release which, btw, is totally eclipsed by the Camaro concept. If I had the $$ I love to get the Camaro so bad. And at least they made the Challenger a two-door. This retro-styling is only half-hearted, though. The industry will never be able to get the style and class they did back in the day. Like with the (new?) GTO. WTF was that?!? Hey the Mustang was a HUGE success, why not the Camaro and Challenger have a chance?

Dodge shows us a 2 door coupe and then build a 2 door post,you would think they could engineer around the window.Hope the Camaro is a true American coupe with no b pillar.

Even with crap taped all over it the Challenger looks better than an LS1 GTO. Both cars have an obese American appearance. The new Camaro is another story…
