By Rob
Editor-in-Chief
Fine Tuned, a new tuner show on SpeedTV, premieres this Thursday at 9PM. Each week hosts Tyson Beckford and designer Lucky Jay will give well deserving individuals the chance to have their vehicles tuned and modified, with engine and suspension upgrades, custom wheels, new paint and a complete audio makeover. Check out the Fine Tuned garage on CarDomain to see some of the cars that will be Fine Tuned. First up is this 2003 350Z, which will receive a Vortech supercharger, a Veilside body kit, Volk Racing wheels and a bunch of Rockford stuff. Be sure to tune in Thursday and check it out!

Guys my husband has a 96 transam. He really loves his car but in recent years the car is starting to show its age. I would love to have his car redone by your show as we can not afford to have it done. It relly would be a surprise for him. He is very sweet to me and if I could get this done for him it would it would mean more to me than you could imagine. Please consider his car I want to see the proud glimmer in his eye again. The paint has started to fade, the interior is showing a little wear, and I know he would it to be a little faster to make sure the little cars cant catch up with him.

Hi… I have a 569whp 2004 Mazda 3 sedan… Obviously it’s got some things done, but… can u help me finish the project? I’m a medical student with a wife and 10month old baby girl, not exactly bringing in the cash at this moment, in fact far from it. I’m 33y/o and spent 12 yrs in the military as a combat medic. And… not sponsored by anyone. Check out my ride and let me know what you think.

I AM WANTING TO KNOW HOW I CAN HELP MY NEPHEW OUT. HE IS 19 YEARS OLD AND HE HAS HAD A FEW PROBLEMS… HE HAD A NICE CAR AND SOMEONE WRECKED INTO HIM AND TOTALED IT. IT WAS A HORRIBLE TIME FOR HIM. HE LOVED HIS CAR. ANYWAYS, HE WENT AND USED THE MONEY THAT THE INSURANCE COMPANY GAVE HIM. AND HE BOUGHT HIMSELF A TOYOTA CELICA, IT IS NOW STARTING TO LOOK GOOD. HE HAS DONE A LOT TO IT. BUT I AM WONDERING IF YOU CAN DO MORE FOR HIM. HE DESERVES IT. THANK YOU FOR LISTENING.

Hey guys, this isnt a plea to get my car on this show. I mean, dont get me wrong, that would be awesome, but Im certainly not begging. I have a brand new 2008 Lancer GTS with CVT, that I bought fully loaded, and besides the aftermarket magnaflow exhaust I just got installed, it is stock. The 4B11 is lacking, but the car has great handling and curvature. There isnt any aftermarket parts out for it right now, so little personal touches make it stand out from the rest. If you could, try to fit in a lancer GTS with CVT on your show. Your whole team is awesome and I love watching.

My frame’s been bent slightly twice. Thank goodness not in the same direction. It’s lined back up right now, partly because the second accident knocked it back in the other direction. The first accident was my fault and just when things were going like I wanted them and I was about to turbo my car, somebody ran into it clownin’ around in a parking lot in a mitsubishi montero sport. MAJOR SETBACK!!!! It’s my first year in college and I have scholarships, but I’m gonna still be paying around $3000 dollars a semester if I don’t get some more money. Please help me!

wait… on the heading it said “Each week hosts Tyson Beckford and designer Lucky Jay will give well deserving individuals the chance to have their vehicles tuned and modified, with engine and suspension upgrades, custom wheels, new paint and a complete audio makeover.”… so why was that guy so deserving? it seems that he already had things goin… he had a car that alot of people would want let alone have… hmmmm is he gonna die? did he spend all his buying the car and now he lives in a box? does he have one testical? all im sayin is that i would think that the guys that are gettin theyre car modified should be those who dont have the money all though they work or go to school or somethin like that…
i can already tell u why his car was picked… its a 350z… so easy to mod. if u have the money… so if u have a vehicle that seems kinda diff. and had to fix up… might as well forget about it…
no tellin the show looks amazing… car looks amazing… a cant wait to sit and watch

dude, u guys have just got to advertise the name more often so it can get popular, i used to watch HotRod, Overhaulin (i respect this show), i then saw a bit of unique (didn’t care much for body kits)…..BUT then you guys blow the roof of any of this shows, still with respect to Overhaulin….. the engine modifications, color and shop made “unique” oh wait, one of a kind, install once body improvments in both eye kandy and air-dynamics..
u have got to advertise the name, you just have to, cuz there is no one out there that add’s true enginueuty (intelligence) to an engine. this show is like my own personel engine “engineer”……

p.s. i don’t care about my spelling sorry…..

I am 18 and just graduated high school,,
i have a new project i have started but am taking forever to complete,,
I have a 1974 jeep, that i took the body off of and am putting a 1987 s-15 body on, i think it will be cool once done,,
I want to lift it, build a little milder motor, mainly i want it to be cool.
I am trying to get it built before winter so i have a vehicle then, but i dont think that is going to happen for how slow i am moving.
I hope u guys will consider me as a pick.

Mary and I are looking forward to seeing the show. will reserve comment until after seeing the show. I know it takes a few shows to get it down, but most of the ride shows we see (we watch about all of them) are simply too short, and not enoght attention to detail is given. We will see what happens.
