Midpoint Oil Change

So Rockford, IL, is hardly the midpoint, but after losing more than three hours trying to get clear of Chicago, it sure felt like it. I’ve been a little worried about the oil getting diluted, since the Escort runs rich with the 4-barrel Holley. Luckily, Jake and Mike at Advance Auto Parts on State Street were very indulgent about letting me change the oil in their parking lot, and even took the used stuff away for me. Thanks, guys!
