Don't Forget to Change Your Oil
By Brian
Say When…
I don’t know about you but I’m not good about changing my oil every 3,000 miles. It’s not that I don’t think it’s important, I just can’t always find the time to do it. It’s like going to the dentist for me. I know I need to do it, it’s just not my #1 priority. Check out this video Castrol sent us about what happens when you neglect your engine or run it too hard with the wrong oil. Kind of makes me want to pay the Grease Monkey a visit.

I used to do my own oil changes and used Castrol GTX. Now I have the oil changed at shops and use Mobil 1.
A couple gallons of used motor oil spilled into the back of a Cherokee I just had restored, and my neighbor has an old Impala with 400+ thousand miles on the original engine. He uses Mobil 1 only.
