This Just In: New on the Net

For some reason, John Edwards doesn’t think that Americans should keep driving SUVs, even though they’re less likely to roll over now (see below). Sounds like somebody is in the pockets of the drowning polar bear lobby. Here’s the news:
- If you’re looking for action on the Chrysler transformation, sit tight. Chief Bob Nardelli has wasted no time in telling people to wait 100 days for results: Freep
- A 380hp Hyundai? Really? I’m never going to hear the end of this from my Elantra-driving girlfriend: Motor Authority
- Like the Honda Odyssey? You’re going to love the Stream. Soccer moms rejoice, there’s a cheaper, more fuel-efficient minivan coming from Honda: Winding Road
- Great news, SUV owners! Your gas mileage is still awful, but if you have an ’07 model, your half-car/half-truck is much less likely to kill you! Leftlane News
