This Just In: New on the Net

Marketing Lackey
It’s Monday, and today’s news packs a punch like Kid Rock:
- Hyundai, possibly in response to my repeated digs on their brand, is going to use an interactive marketing campaign to try to move their image upmarket. To be honest, their cars are getting pretty good. It’s great that they’re trying get their brand image to catch up with the product: Winding Road
- Dario Franchitti just won the IndyCar Championship. His victory speech went something like this: "Screw Disney World, I’m going to Daytona!" With that, he packed his bags for NASCAR: NY Times
- It’s really expensive, impossible to park, and has 9 ft long wing doors. Ladies and Gentlemen, I present the world’s only Ferrari Modena Limo: Top Gear
- Everyone is getting green up in Frankfurt. Porsche, BMW, Volvo, Daimler, GM, Ford, and Peugeot-Citroen are all bringing fuel-sipping vehicles to the show: CNN

Now that’s a Limo. I wonder if you opened those doors at speed what kind of lift you would get?

That’s one very expensive mullet milestone.

what a waste…now it has the handling of a Lincoln Towncar and the speed of a Fiat…and require the riders to sport mullets.
