I instantly thought of an old guy I knew (rip 2005) he was an old school machinist(in Maine for his generation that equals Genious.) that used to make parts for these cars. He told me a story once of using a piece of leather to keep a connecting rod calm! Love that project, it put a smile on my face too. The modern power in a chassis alot of folks enjoy looking at.&lt;/p&gt;
