LED Wheels
By Rob
Editor-in-Chief

That’s right, wheels with full motion video. How crazy is that? Check out the video we took and then go to the LED Wheels website to learn about their mission to "develop a profitable new medium for communications, marketing, expression and security while providing automobile owners with an opportunity to profit from driving their vehicle." What’s not to love?

Another useless invention. Like the people don’t put too many monitors in their cars allready… Accept it, more than 3 is just tasteless…

What I wanna know is, will the screen adjust so that the video is visable while the wheels are spinning?

Personally I don’t like them, they serve no real purpose except to show off how much money you’re willing to blow. As if there wasn’t enough places to stick a video screen in a car, now this? Thumbs down from me

You know it going to cost a arm and a leg, but a accident will sure prove that fact because people can’t focus and drive sober or drunk these days, so pray everyday before you leave the house. GOD BLESS!

I’m actually surprised that spinners are still legal. They’re a HUGE problem for me.

Definitely would be illegal on U.S. roads. Just like every other cool gadget, some idiot somewhere will be fixated on the spinning shiny objects and yet another law will be written specifying the exact type of objects that he was fixated on now will be illegal for road use…

until the next gadget comes along. Then the process repeats.

Have they found some sort of loophole that will allow these wheels on the road?
If so, I expect they’ll be illegal within a few days of their release.

I’m not sure what part of someone stealing your flashy LED wheels adds to the “security” part, but I’ll agree that those things sure are flashy!
