Best of SEMA: Muscle Cars
By Rob
Editor-in-Chief

SEMA was crawling with muscle cars, so it wasn’t easy to pick five. But here goes. Of course I gotta include the modern day ‘Cuda from the Mopar booth. Then there were the Chevelles–this 427-powered ’67 and this 6.6L Duramax twin-turbo diesel ’70. The toughest car I saw was probably this Hot Rod Drag Week winning ’67 Camaro. And for the Ford fans, how about this Nemesis Motorsports ’67 Mustang. You can see more pics of all these cars on our SEMA 2007 group page.

Muscle car parts and accessories were only a portion of the products that grabbed buyer and media attention. The off-road, mobile electronic, performance tires and wheels and hot rod sections were buzzing with exciting products for the growing $29 billion aftermarket industry.

I saw a lot of the pictures on the SEMA insider website. There were a lot of fantastic muscle cars there and it looked like a great show. I really like some of the old Challenger pics. I think there were a couple of them there- not to mention the concept. I cant wait until that comes out next year!!!
