the host got jipped on his engine. A high comp 1970 @ 390hp is quite a wallop.
That is something fuel injected will never replace. so my real mustang has modern suspension, and truly 390hp on carb time. We’ll all die of hybrid pollution before we never see one…

Say what you want, the GT500 is still the best muscle car out of Detroit since Carrol Shelby pulled production on the original in 1970. I love Shelbys. They’re no frills, no nonsense cars, and while its nice to have a car that does what you want it to, I like the occasional bull ride.

I’ve always thought that the lack of modern suspension in the new Mustangs was the most ridiculous omission. Some people say that it wouldn’t be a Mustang without the live axle… c’mon – everything else changes, so it’s time for a suspension update too!
