Gary Faules posted a comment in the blog last week and when I googled his name I found his shop and his blog. His awesome Shelby GT350 ("Lucky") has also been featured in the Hemmings blog. Well, I got in touch with him and he built a ride page over the weekend and uploaded some video, so be sure to check out all the cool pics and video of his car running in the 2007 La Carrera Panamericana, where he took 3rd in his class and 8th overall.

While I cringe at the thought of this car possibly being wrecked someday, it is better to know that the ol’ Shelby GT350R is doing exactly what it was meant to do…RACE!!! I sure hope he takes the flag next year. Good luck!!!!
