        &lt;p&gt;unless the 1/4 mile flares out to allow for change of angle due to tire slippage thus change of direction anyway... I guess this would be okay at a dry lake bed, but sometimes ya gotta steer at higher speeds to keep from going into a slide.&lt;br /&gt;

I wonder how many other concepts had front and rear fixed axles... or something that didn&#039;t allow for change of direction.&lt;/p&gt;
