BUT, believe it or not, 345,000 volt regional distribution electrical transformers (found at large electrical substations) are surrounded by something called &quot;ring headers&quot;. These are 2 or 3 levels of pipes with SPRINKLERS that spray WATER on the transformer if it catches fire.&lt;br /&gt;
-&lt;br /&gt;
As if that weren&#039;t enough, the transformers are filled with MINERAL OIL which is of course, combustible... LOL.&lt;/p&gt;
