I welcome the trend here and with Tesla to create high dollar (~100k), high speed, high efficiency cars - if electric can be turned into a sort of halo status, that wouldn't hurt anyone.

The grin would take some therapy to get past. A scowl? A Sneer, maybe the look of being outright pissed off. Those are expressions on cars' front ends I tend to gravitate to.

I like this car. The mention of a 4-cylinder gave pause but the cooperative power and initial 50 miles of electrical just might be a combination that proves to be much more efficient than present-day hybrids' function.

It's still as complex as today's hybrids, but the price range is that of a car that would have higher maintenance costs anyway.
