luck is not the word for it. neither is skill.
therefore a combination, such as ski-ck or lu-ll would be better.

I would have to put this in as skill 80% luck 10% balls 10%. If you look closely in the reply you can see him steer with the front that is still on the ground. I have to ask one question that nobody has asked yet. How full were the pants that belonged to that spectator who jumped out of the way?

I conclude he’s talented because he recovered TWICE. Once could be easily passed off a luck, but twice? That outright halves the chance that it was pure luck.

Of course, the argument could be made that he put himself into that predicament in the first place, and with good reason BUT shit happens to even the best drivers, especially in off-road courses while running on the edge of a ride’s capabilities.

ok, hold on a sec, why does everyone assume that the driver had control to correct himself. I’m sure at least half of it was skill, but the other half was just plain luck, i mean c’mon! Do you really think he saw the angle of the terrain ahead and just happen to react in a split second? Fat chance, he was going so fast. Bottom line, he’s got a lot of skill, no doubt, but realize pure luck was involved as well other than skill.

Nobody’s got anything on that driver. He had that thing at about 80 degrees, twice. Steered into the tilt perfectly.
