While what he said is hard for Americans and others to stomach, objectively, it&#039;s factual, although Ferdinand Porsche deserves more credit than Hitler because if the Beetle wasn&#039;t designed well enough it wouldn&#039;t have been produced for 60 years.&lt;br /&gt;

I doubt very much that any other car will break that record or even come close. With long-lived models, all I can come up with is the Wagoneer/Pioneer/Cherokee (1984-1997), and the Checker Marathon but maybe the Morris Oxford has a chance... are they still being built?&lt;/p&gt;
