I knew that some day It would come about when Teresa Earnhardt Would put THe Company up for sale, But what she is Forgetting is, she only owns 51 percent of the Company, 49 percent is owned by the Earnhardt Children, If they Decide not to sell there 49 percent of DEI, there is nothing that the she wolf can do, that means with out there say, she cant sell a dam thing.

Dale, Jr.’s leaving his father’s company really broke his heart, he was so torn up about it. His daddy would never treat him like that. If Dale, Sr. were alive it would have never arrived at this vindictive mess. It’s more than disturbing to see what the she-monster has done to her husband’s company. Dale, Jr. is a good, easy-going guy, he’s not the type who would rip anybody’s head off and that’s a big plus considering what he had to put up with for all those years. The best thing is that Dale, Jr.’s daddy, Dale, Sr. will be by his side always.

Its sad. If you think back on the reactions of Dale Sr when Junior won his first Busch race, his first cup race and the two Busch championships. Dale was not just a proud owner but a proud father.

Removong the trophies etc is a slap in the face of tha man whose name is on the door – Dale Earnhardt…

Thats well said. And I don’t think we’ll ever know the true answer.
This has become personal between 2 women and their children. 1 owns the company and 1 has the son of the former owner and the new owner (Theresa) sees her(Jrs Mom) in him (Jr) everytime she looks at him. Theresa is going to make sure that her and Dale Srs daughter is well looked after for life.What she is not seeing is she may not be with the direction she has chosen for DEI. I think she should have sold out have the $ and just be Theresa Earnhardt. Jr is the only one truly hurt and seems he has become all to used to it from all we hear about his childhood. I think Theresa will see in time how great a person he truly is but unfoutunately his best years will have been missed as a driver for DEI. I’ll change colors, Numbers and move forward like iI did in Feb,2001..Lorne

Dale Earnhardt’s company, without Dale Earnhardt Jr. is a POINTLESS enterprise. I see no purpose or validity in that organization without not only his involvement, but his leadership as well.

Why do they still continue as a company? Can anyone give me a reason? At least DEI should change the company name. Whoever directs that company is a greedy idiot who don’t know crap about winning, it seems.
