Cost me $318 to have a flowmaster crossflow and 2 new pipes welded onto the rear extension on my Firebird. Unlike a supreme poser mod like this, the 'bird benefitted with much better sound and more HP.
-
I was surprised at how much better it runs. Money well spent, and not much at that.

His other Grampa's Corner stuff is funny too.
.
Reminds me of old JC Whitey & Warshawski & Co. catalogs that I read as a kid.
.
They had all kinds of funny and mostly useless stuff.

I was told by a kid to tack weld an exhaust tip to my Caprice instead of "wasting" the money on getting real duals. Lets just say I was at a loss for words after that one.

I wonder if those dummy tailpipe inventors sell blinker fluid.

Don't forget to paint the inside of the dummy pipe flat black so it matches the soot on the inside of the active pipe. Nothing gives away a dummy pipe like being clean on the inside! Also you need to hook up some dry ice injection for those winter days so the dummy pipe will have white water vapor coming out on startup just like the real pipe!
