Car Condos

GarageTown USA is building condos for cars across the West. This is a great option for anyone who needs more room for their projects, is sick of paying rent and/or worrying about being evicted from their garage space (a major pain in the butt if your car is in pieces). Unlike most mini storage places you actually own the space, and you’ll be surrounded by like-minded gearheads–I doubt anyone is gonna complain if your exhaust is a bit loud. Prices depend on the size of the unit and local real estate market. I just learned that they’re building one in Federal Way, just south of Seattle. Hmmm….

I am a gear head and a realtor. What a mix!! I know the trouble we all have finding the right garage with a home attached:) I work with buyers looking for just that and/or sellers that have these great homes and want to sell.
