UK Traffic Cameras Out For Blood

Every once in a while, a story pops up about a driver using a dummy to take advantage of car pool lanes. But for motorists over in the UK, now even mannequin worthy of Madame Tussauds won’t be enough to cheat the system. According to ThisIsLondon, cameras being rolled out across the pond will target windshields with "an infrared beam which detects the unique make-up of blood and water content in human skin." Yikes. It’s not exactly clear how this technology will be applied next, but it probably won’t be good. Read the whole story here.
