There isn’t any real info on this hot rod, but the images pretty much speak for themselves. How much fun would it be to go blasting across a frozen lake in this baby? Check out a couple more pics after the jump.

I saw this “snow Monster in Bakersfield at the Good Guys Racing about two years ago. I took a picture of the sign next to the machine this is what was on the sign. Note: “the spelling”
Snow Monster owner/builder Lars Eric Lindberg, Sweden.
The climate in Sweden is too bad for driving Hot Rods during the winter. To combine the two favourite hobbies snowmobiling and Hot rodding this creation came out of the Lindberg family workshop. It’s basically a Ford model-T Hot Rod, converted for snow conditions. Most likely the only one built.
Frame: Volvo Duett
Frontend: Super Bell axle 4″drop, turned upside down. Special manufactured skis
Engine: Chevrolet 454, Littelfield 8:71 blower, 2 x Holly 750 DP carburetors. 550-600 horsepower
Gearbox:Chevrolet TH 350 automatic
Rear axle: Volvo 240, maximum narrowed.
Transmission:Driveshafts from Lynx, snowmobile.
Special manufactured chaindrive and axle between the tracks.Special manufactured tunnels for the tracks.Boggies and suspension and tracks from Arctic Cat snowmobile.
Brake: Special manufactured disc brake with volvo caliper.
Body: Ford 1923 fiberglass replica. Fueltank from Moon. Anodized aluminum interior Paint: Graphics by Ray Hill Time to build: 3,5 months.

what size is that engine and what is the length on the tracks

The guys that have built this snowmobile are from Sweden and it´s not made in monster garage. The guy that looked like Bruce Willis is the owner. My stephfather has made the interior.

they should have built it so it could be converted back into a regular hotrod in the summer

That is crazy. BTW did anyone notice how much the guy in the last photo looks like Bruce Willis from the first Die Hard?

Baaaaaad Asssss. Reminds me of the ski kit for the original Modle T’s. To see one of those in person is a real treat.
