I saw this "snow Monster in Bakersfield at the Good Guys Racing about two years ago. I took a picture of the sign next to the machine this is what was on the sign. Note: "the spelling"
Snow Monster owner/builder Lars Eric Lindberg, Sweden.
The climate in Sweden is too bad for driving Hot Rods during the winter. To combine the two favourite hobbies snowmobiling and Hot rodding this creation came out of the Lindberg family workshop. It's basically a Ford model-T Hot Rod, converted for snow conditions. Most likely the only one built.
Specifikations:
Frame: Volvo Duett
Frontend: Super Bell axle 4"drop, turned upside down. Special manufactured skis
Engine: Chevrolet 454, Littelfield 8:71 blower, 2 x Holly 750 DP carburetors. 550-600 horsepower
Gearbox:Chevrolet TH 350 automatic
Rear axle: Volvo 240, maximum narrowed.
Transmission:Driveshafts from Lynx, snowmobile.
Special manufactured chaindrive and axle between the tracks.Special manufactured tunnels for the tracks.Boggies and suspension and tracks from Arctic Cat snowmobile.
Brake: Special manufactured disc brake with volvo caliper.
Body: Ford 1923 fiberglass replica. Fueltank from Moon. Anodized aluminum interior Paint: Graphics by Ray Hill Time to build: 3,5 months.

I can email you a copy of the photo that says all this If you would like.

they should have built it so it could be converted back into a regular hotrod in the summer
