I have traveled and lived in other countries. Yes, gas is more expensive in such places as the UK, but people need to consider on how the money is spent in other these other countries. Most countries the government support their citizen at retirement and health insurance is paid for them and a collage education is all paid by their government. Here in the US we have to work and save for retirement, college, and for healthcare. These are extras we US citizens pay plus a lot of taxes and unnecessary taxes that are taxed on top of tax, and steadily rising. So yes $3.79+ a gallon is going to be hurting a lot of Middle-Class Americans. Something needs to be done here in the USA soon to lower fuel and other cost. There is no need for the fuel industry to be making record high profits, it’s important for a business to make profit ok, but not to the point that the Country is going to stuffer from the price gouging. This is where the American Government needs to step up and be true Leaders.

My family was planning a road trip for vacation, but with gas prices the way they are we cant afford it, prehaps we will jsut go to the beach or something… I like eric’s solution of skateboarding everywhere and flipping over people

everything sucks…everything cost to damn much..gas prices are hurting the worst…..but i have to drive…but that means i have to cut back on the racing… :/ hope for the best???

Well I work in a refinery. AS long as people like yourselves rely on some type of fuel. I guess I will have stuff to fix, and have a job!

i figure those big gas tanks farmers have in their yards wont have a screen haha, turn of the lights and motor and walk into the yard, just gotta watch for those farmers who like their shotguns lol

I have to drive over 200 miles for work tomorrow, yeah I get payed mileage and get reimbursed for the gas, but I have to come up with that money up front. This is just reduculous that gas is this high.

gas prices really suck. so i’m combining trips to the store and work at the same time. any other trips are not going to happen. i refuse to pay that kind of price. 3.45 for reg, 3.65 for premmium. buy some cards and board games and stop driving. especially the gas guzzling suv. people are putting 1/3 of their pay check in the fuel tank–so stop driving or get a fuel efficent. (100 dollar fill ups is retarded).

Gas prices will keep going up as the value of the US dollar drops.
We need to get together and show the oil companies and US government that we, the customers have a voice in this issue and will not stand for it. This is just going to snowball into the summer and gas will hit $4.00 a gallon or more. I suggest that we only buy gas on Sundays and Wednesdays and let them sit on there oil. We need to also get together and fix this problem ourselves. How many of you drive something that gets less than 20mpg? Do you really need that car or truck or is it just a status symbol. Grow a set of balls and drive something that gets over 30mpg and save some $$$$.

people need to not buy gas for a week and ride ur bike or skate im down lets get sumthing together this is rediculous
