Bone-Stock to Blistering in 7.5 Minutes!

By Jen Dunnaway

Editor

We last saw the hellaciously amazing work of Full Blown Kustoms at the SEMA show. Now this video, documenting the shop’s transformation of a Mitsubishi 3000GT from stock sheetmetal to color-change flames, gives you some idea of what happens behind the scenes at a top-caliber body shop. Lots of horsing around by Ed Hubbs’ cute apprentices is left in for authenticity’s sake (what do you think goes on at most pro shops, anyway?), but the paint-booth sequence in the second half is worth holding out for.

These guys do some amazing work!
.
At first I was bummed because they didn’t show final pics,
but I understand that using this video at car shows would make
that useless…
.
I did check out their Hell Camino, and their website.
.
They’re good!
.
Not very far from me either.
.
I think that when the RoadMonster needs new paint, I’ll give
these guys a call :)

Background track 2 was from the matrix. I was kinda of sad not to see daylight pictures of the final product. Lot’s of buildup with no finale???

Sweet video, even sweeter ride! What background tracks are those?
