Neiman Marcus Hennessey Venom
By John Coyle

Generally, I think cars that are co-branded with retailers—like the Eddie Bauer Edition Ford Explorer—are kind of dorky. But there’s nothing dorky about this Neiman Marcus Special Edition Hennessey Venom. This thing looks even more vicious that a regular Viper, and with the 700—yup, 700—horses on tap, driving it should be a completely amazing experience. It’ll be on the floor at the New York International Auto Show, so I’ll try to get some good pictures of it after I get there. In the meantime, check a few more shots after the jump.

That’s one beast of a car. I’ve read reports of this thing getting over 1600hp after its completely decked out. Also just a side note… Henny Vipers are one of the fastest cars in the world, and also the most affordable. Don’t know much about repairs or maintaining them, but they are indeed a beauty.

Awesome, and fast for sure, but what happened to the 1100hp twin turbo. Doesn’t Hennessey make that anymore?

Awesome carfor sure, but Neiman Marcus? What a cold fish association to have with a real-life batmobile. When I think Neiman Marcus, I think of Buffy and Bradford spending $16000 on a patio set… NOT vicious rides such as this.

I won’t of course, but if I ended up with that ride, and that retailer’s name is emblemized on it anywhere… it would be removed promptly, sorry NM.

Haha, now THIS is what batman should be driving. First thing i thought of with the matte-looking finish in the first one was ‘batmobile’.
If only I had the money… I guess I’ll have to settle for my matchbox cars.
