Hulk Hogan Sued by Crash Victim's Family

By John Coyle

Things have just gotten worse for the Hogan clan. The guardian of John Graziano has filed suit against Hulk Hogan and his wife Linda—who are currently getting divorced—in an attempt to make the couple pay for the injuries Graziano sustained when their son Nick crashed his Toyota Supra into a tree while street racing. While no amount has been named, Graziano’s medical bills have already topped a million dollars, so any judgment against the family won’t be cheap. Now generally, I don’t like the idea of parents being sued for the actions of their children. But given how the Hogans completely ignored their son’s horrendous driving history and supplied him with a constant stream of high-powered sports cars, it seems like they share some of the blame for this awful incident. No date has been set for Nick’s criminal trial, but as soon as I know anything, I’ll post it. Stay tuned!

I’m not defending him either but the FRIEND was not wearing a seatbelt. His car was tricked out AND with a racing harness. He should not be totally liable for his friend not wearing a seatbelt. Maybe that would have helped ALOT.
ALWAYS WEAR A SEATBELT…..

The guy isn’t dead, he’s just seriously injured. He had to have part of his frontal lobe removed in the surgeries and they’re saying the costs of his medical care have already exceeded $1million USD. As if his lawyer tried to say –
“A major issue in this case will be John’s failure to have a seatbelt on,” Wineberg said. “He wouldn’t have been seriously injured if he had been wearing it.”–

That is an absoloutely asinine statement.. that car got totalled.

I’m not defending or condoning his actions.

He made mistakes, you do that when your young. The richer you are, the bigger the mistakes usually from what iv seen. And more attention you get. I wish him no harm, it is sad what happened, and i’m sure he will always remember that he was responsable for another persons death.

I think if i had access to money and nice cars i would make a few mistakes myself. I would like to think not on his level. But who knows? Its easy to sit on the sidlines and judge some one else, and say ” I would never do that” Cuz really you cant ever know for sure

MONEY CAN BUY YOUR WAY INTO ANYTHING YOU WANT TO DO! BUT IT DOESN’T MEAN YOUR GONNA BE GOOD AT IT. NICK CAN’T WRESTLE, HE CAN’T DRIVE, SO MAYBE HE’LL MAKE SOMEONE IN JAIL A NICE WIFE! GOOD LUCK KILLER!

Wow must be nice to be a spoiled little bastard, you know, get in all sorts of trouble and ruin peoples lives and the millionaire parents pay for it. Give it a while and Nick will just screw up again, daddy will pay for it. I guess Hulk should have shot that load in his old ladys mouth.

Nick Hogan: “Duhhhhhhh…..(drools) My Dad wont let me go to jail”.
~
Terry Hogan: “Son I’m the host of American Gladiators, I couldn’t get you a free burger at McDonalds”
