2010 Camaro with GM Accessories

By Rob Einaudi

Editor-in-Chief

These shots showed up in my inbox last night along with the silver vert (thanks Rod!) but I didn’t think anyone would want to be confronted with these images first thing in the morning. Is it just me, or is it just a bit too much? Ray Wert over at Jalopnik thinks they could be fake, too. What do you guys think? Five more pics after the jump.

the gournd effects package is very real, if you notice in the 2010 camaro brochure on the final page in the accessories part that same ground effect kit is offered through GM. only thing is this one is painted.. i fee lthe whole kit in these pics should be painted the color of the car and that spoiler isnt needed

its not 3d rendering and its not photoshopped. they are just test pics to see what possible accessories will look like on a car. they are not real accessories.

Real or not, I think it looks great. I’d also like to see a picture with matching colour. A chrome set of rims would look better but apart from that, she looks awesome.

The second pic looks real fake but the last one makes it look real, I’m pretty sure it’s a 3d rendering though.

judging by the front grille, lights, and the bowties it looks like a fake. And even if it was real who in the hell would put those ground effects and spoiler on whats supposed to be a muscle car. Wayyy too ricer for me.

Looks too outlandish for my tastes…

If you look, most of the body accents and stuff look like they are made of wood. The rims definatly look photoshopped though. In the last picture you can see the stripe is tape too. It looks like a prototype ground effects kit that they took some pictures of and tried to photoshop to get a picture of what it looks like finished. Like in the second and third picture you can see they photoshopped the spoiler to make it red, just to see what it’d look like finished.

Looks like CG pics to me. Somebody had some fun with their computer. The grille just looks like cardboard…

that car looks sick! only thing i would change is tone down the spoiler a bit, and fix that stripe on the hood it looks retarded! look at the front valence the stripe starts on the front piece on the driver side but not the passenger side

Seriously, the grill looks like it’s made of cardboard.

FAKE FAKE FAKE Dont worry guys its not real, you can tell by the front grill! The different sets of rims tell me someone was playing with photoshop too.

Looks like a POS 12978 Z-28. I’ll pass.

That spoiler looks WAY too big!! It just needs a subtle lip-spoiler. And while the graphics may be “vintage” I’m not really diggin’ them. Although the lip kit doesn’t look half-bad, thats a keeper.

It looks okay to me. I’d rather see a picture with it matching factory paint. But, those look photoshopped.
