You smart cookies saw through our April Fool’s joke pretty quick. But it’s not as though plenty of people haven’t attempted—and completed—builds as insane as our donked hemi-Prius. Check out this supercharged big-block Honda CRX drag car and you’ll see what I’m talking about. Just think: this thing used to get 50 mpg!

ha thats one honda i love! lol that thing would be sweet and judging by where the bakc tires are in proportion to the car, man that would do a huge wheelstand!

One of my mechanic friends has a CRX with a NA Small Block Chevy.
.
He had to stretch the front fenders a bit, and make a custom hood.

It’s got a full roll cage, and it sounds pretty healthy.

I asked him what the local Honda guys thought of it…

Obviously, some ricer must’ve got tired of going through 2 stages of NOS trying to keep up with that blown LS1. I usually don’t say this about Hondas, but Man, what a Beast!!!!
