MAZDASPEED3 Beats the GTI on CarDomain

The MAZDASPEED3 scored a solid victory in this week’s Showroom Showdown, but it didn’t exactly trounce the GTI. By my count it was 43 to 30 votes in favor of the Mazda. Many people seemed to feel that the extra horsepower gave the Mazda the edge over the VW.
Let me know what cars you’d like to see in next week’s match-up!

It would be fun to compare the best two used cars that 10K will buy, or something like that…

“What would you choose if you had 10K to spend, this or that, and why”.

A comparison for the people who have a very tight budget, and can
only spend a specific amount.

My daughter recently got her first car loan. She wanted (and needed) to get the best car she could for 8K.
.
It was interesting to see what she could get for her money.

When I bought my Miata a year ago, I had 7K to spend.
I was able to get my ‘99 for just that.
.
As far as brand new car comparisons, it seems that most have been played out…even the cars that haven’t come out yet;)
