Open wheel racing is one of the most exciting sports in the world, and for the last 34 years, Long Beach has delivered the action in a big way. While there was drifting and American Le Mans Series racing, as always, the highlight of the weekend was the Champ car battle. 20 cars were on the grid this year, and the competition was fierce. So-Cal punks Pennywise were also on hand. What a blast! Enjoy the photos.

This year, I went to DUB Detroit, and I had a blast. But it kind of makes me wonder why I headed to the Motor City when I could have just waited a couple of weeks and gone down to Miami. And not just because the weather is always perfect there, and I’ve been whining about crappy conditions in Seattle for the last two months. Around the office, Miami has the reputation of being the hottest stop on the tour. Check out the photos and judge for yourself.

Pioneer is one of the biggest names in the mobile electronics game, and the kind of cars that get armed with its heaviest hardware mean business. Seriously, these are the kind of rides that when someone says "step away from the vehicle," it isn’t because they just want to protect your hearing. It’s because these cars are so loud, the bass can stop your heart. Talk about murderously loud! This weekend was designed to celebrate the whole culture of ME, and Sean was on hand to experience the festivities. Think he had a good time?

The crowds at NOPI are legendary, and the St. Louis stop lived up to the hype. The drifting was dope, the show field featured a ton of wicked rides, and of course, there were also plenty of girls in bikinis. Hey, it just wouldn’t be a NOPI show without some swimsuit action.
