Showoff of the Week: Johnnys Nissan Maxima

Its too bad then, since to me a SOTW should be something the owner puts time into – not time away from, and a lot money into.
Sure, its a nice Maxima, but I’ll respect something that any owner puts their time into. Even if a shop does do a lot of the work, it’d be nice to see the owner contribute some of their own skill. As is any Maxima owner with a lot of money could have the exact same thing done – thats not unique to me.

OH its a hot car for sure, I just think this pic is of an ION, LOL im sorry i cant get off that! Maybe vent the roof or something but its just this pic all the other ones are good! I like it more than the convertiable one (is thot haw you spull convertiable?) LOL joking!

I gotta agree with Bob here. This is one hawt Maxima.

You guys are crazy. This car is hot. The owner has done a fantastic job customizing it. The mods are clean, the style is solid and well executed. The color may not be subtle, but it does look really great on the Max, and the ostrich leather offers a great contrast to the blue paint. The rims aren’t subtle, either, but they do compliment the car very well.
And Josh– why does it matter if not all the mods were done by him? I don’t recall that being a requirement for SOTW. Not everybody can do everything and if you want to have a true show car, then half-ass work will not get you any trophies.

LOOOOOK SATURN ION! I dont wanna hate but its color makes it look like a ION!

clean and subtle?…the colors DEFINITELY not subtle. and those rims dont bring the image of ‘clean’ to my mind..

Also the word like was a misprint, Im not attempting to have a british accent in the computer!

I loike the mods but this particular pic is resembling a saturn ION!

Too bad that every mod that was done wasnt even done by the owner.. as seen by his 10th page.
