One Lap of America: Where We're Going Next

For those who are, as they say, just joining us, here’s a little background on the One Lap of America event that you’ve been hearing so much about. One Lap is a gruelling, racetrack-to-racetrack endurance event that covers 4000 miles and 18 states. Basically, we do a bunch of time-trial events at racetracks around the country, and then haul ass in the meantime, often covering upwards of 800 miles in a day to make it to the next locale. Full One Lap itinerary below the jump!
In the midst of Day 3 with the notorious One Lap sleep deprivation starting to gain traction, I honestly had no idea where we were going next. What I do know is that our one drag-racing event, to be held at Lonestar Motorsports Park, had been cancelled because half of Texas had been swamped by heavy rains. So where are we going? next Here’s the schedule for the remainder of our whirwind week, lifted from onelapofamerica.com:
Tomorrow morning: No Problem Raceway in Belle Rose, Louisiana
Wednesday morning: Carolina Motorsports Park in Kershaw, South Carolina
Wednesday afternoon: BMW Performance Center in Spartanburg, South Carolina
Thursday: Virginia International Raceway. Alton, Virginia
Friday Morning: BeaveRun Motorsports Complex near Pittsburgh, PA
Friday Afternoon: Design Engineering, Inc. Avon Lake, Ohio
Saturday: Tire Rack world headquarters, South Bend, Indiana
