By John Coyle

GM has just announced that Caddy’s new 550 horsepower hot rod has broken the Nurburgring record for a production sedan. Take that BMW! The blistering time of 7 minutes and 59 seconds was set this morning, and GM will release full documentation in the coming days. Stay tuned!

GTR, just so you know…
.
The CTS-V is slated to get the LS9.
(the new ZR1 Corvette engine).
Not knocking the proposed 600 HP Bimmer,
but I think the CTS-V will still be on top
in 2010.
.
It’ll be interesting to watch the competition.

The CTS-v sounds great and all, but it’s new and the M5 looks better than it also the M5 has tradition. Inside word is BMW is working an a 600hp M5 for 2010.
I’ll STILL TAKE THE M5

My little ‘92 Spirit R/T though not the fastest four door in the world anymore can still kick some BMW butt, something I look forward to her doing again when she’s out of the garage. As for the Caddy it’s sweet and I look forward to facing the friendly competition it provides. Nice to know that Cadillac is back!!!

Well, SWEET!!! That’s awesome we can say that, I bet BMW is Pissed…or at least a little ticked off. Now, now that we have the record, can we PLEASE send a G8 over there and see what IT can do, I think it might could catch the caddy…..
