Bullrun 2008: Team Angry

That’s right, we’re back for Bullrun 2008 and Team Angry is going to do things a little differently this time around. This year we have a few surprises up our sleeves. Work began immediately after last year’s Bullrun to shake things up a bit amongst the Bullrun natives. As most of you know, in 2007 we ran our tried-and-true 1968 Dodge Charger, AKA Mr. Angry, but for this year we’ve decided that we’re not going to run a 40 year old car. We’ve upgraded to one that’s just 39.

Project Angrier is three weeks away from completion, and when I tell you that we’ve raised the bar, well, that’s an understatement. You see, we’ve built something that no one has ever done before, or at least, not quite like this. Continue reading…

We’ve also recruited some new talent and machinery. Now, don’t worry, we’ll still be carrying our usual box of tools, it’s just that for this year, we happen to have a few other go fast individuals who’ve decided to jump on the MR. Angry bandwagon and lend a helping hand. Some of you might recognize them from Bullrun 2007. The others, well, they’re brand new, sporting some crazy hardware, talent and technology that you’ve never seen before. Trust me on this, I know what they’re bringing and it freaks me out.

Rolling in the ranks of Team Angry this year will be a BMW, Mercedes, Ferrari, Audi and yes, an old Dodge. Each car has its own purpose and is specially equipped to perform certain tasks, such as evasion, long range recognizance, support and scout, track weapon and decoy. You’re probably thinking this is a little over the top, and you’re right, it is. But what the hell, right? You only live once.

Stay tuned because in the upcoming weeks we’ll revealing a little more about our electronics, tactics and automotive firepower. Seriously folks, this year is no joke cause we really are bringing out the big guns.
