yeah i dont neccesarily trust someone else driving, but i have no problem carpooling as long as its not my car either!

I wouldnt do it all the time but it would probably be only once a week. Im always making stops here and there on my way home. Its what I do.

Therein lies the problem with ride sharing. Everyone thinks the exact same way…so you end up with a mass of cars with one person inside. Now that I’m commuting in Northern Los Angeles every day, it blows my mind how traffic consists of a bunch of single person commuters. Would I share a ride? Hell yea! My only problem is that I live in an area where nobody else from my office lives. I’d take the bus or train, but there aren’t any that run from my town to the office. When I move, I’m going to move close enough so that I can ride my bike daily and avoid driving my car everyday all together. Now THAT’s the ticket. People just need to suck up their self-pride and share a ride. Come on.

I would only consider this if I did the driving. I am a bit eccentric in that I don’t really like being driven around by other people.
