Motorized Motivation

By David

aka Highspeedhijinks

We all know those people who like to adorn their cubicles with those cheesy motivational posters that show a circle of skydivers titled "Teamwork" or a cat falling out a tree under the caption "hang in there." Well if you’ve ever asked,"where’s the poster that speaks to me?" your prayers may have finally been answered. While I don’t agree with most of these, there are a few that I wouldn’t mind displaying at work. My favorite is "COMMON SENSE: the only thing you can’t buy." While some of these are ok, I think the caption contests have proven that CarDomainers are generally more quick-witted than the creators of these posters. So tell me, what would your poster say?

Mine would be a pitcure of someone zooming past on the right. Titled “Idiot” subtitled “move the hell over.”

Mine would be a jab at the Sentra Spec V community and say “Innovation. Some things aren’t worth waiting for someone else to do” with a picture of my engine, which was the first ever running “HQR” swap, which is a build taking the crank out of a ‘07 Spec V and putting it into a 02-06 Spec V engine. I am also the first to run a EMS Pro standalone on the car… many have said I should just wait around for others to come up with a “easier” way of doing things… I said “F*ck them” and forged my own path.
