Occupational Hazards

Call it an occupational hazard, but for me going to the track is usually a combination of both work and fun. While I usually enjoy going, I still have to wear my editor hat. Fortunately this weekend at Buttonwillow Raceway was an easy one.

We hosted our Hankook Ultimate Track Car Challenge, and all involved totally behaved themselves–thanks NASA, thanks sponsors, and thanks participants. And since CarDomain helps put it all together, I got to spend some quality time with Rob and Rajan, two of the big cheeses here at CarDomain. Honestly, what a nice pair of guys. And when not taking photos or handling my other editorial duties, I got to put in some laps in the HPDE session. Sometimes it’s nice when you can combine work and play.
