Fresh Fast and Furious Pics
By Jen Dunnaway
Editor
USA Today posted some apparent screen shots from the new Fast and Furious film. Included among the subjects is one of the mint Grand Nationals that gets trashed in the film (RIP to the six of them), along with Vin Diesel’s mean-looking Chevelle SS, of which we’ve already seen plenty of illicit footage. And surprise, Paul Walker’s going to be driving an R34 Skyline! See the other shots below the jump, and stay tuned for more—now that the stills are starting to trickle out, the official trailer can’t be far behind!
Thanks for the heads-up, Jalopnik!

Check out Clifton Lambreth’s book – Ford and the American Dream. It is a great book. It is very interesting what Clifton Lambreth, an insider at Ford, has to say about the company. http://www.TheFordBook.com

I love the fact that they brought back the original cast from the first movie. But it’s not gonna be the same without Letty – a.k.a. (michelle Rodrigueze). She get’s killed in the begining of the film by a drugloard.
Also, I herd that Paul walker is in prison for a while. He’s Undercover for the fed’s trying to figure out who’s Importing a bunch of drug’s into the state’s. When he get’s out, He meet’s up with vin diesel and trie’s to get on his good side again. If you all remembered, He lied to dom by saying that he wasn’t a cop.
Now that paul walker and vin diesel aren’t enemie’s to each other anymore, Now they’ll try to find out who killed letty in the begining and who’s thhe biggest drug-loard in the fourth film.
Here are the ride’s that some of the cast member’s are driving in the movie.
Paul Walker – VW golf, and nissan skyline
Vin diesel – Chevy Chevelle along with a Grand National
Michelle Rodrigueze – N/A
Jordana Brewster – N/A
Also, Source’s say that Tyrese gibson will also make a cameo appearence in the film.

the last still I see a Ford GT, an NSX, the Mustang GTR?, an S2000, and of course the R34. Looks sick. the first still is a GNX! turbo V6. 1970 Chevelle SS in the second! this movie looks american muscle dominated.

Umm. Did anyone notice that in the tanker scene they are going opposite ways… Honestly who would try to attempt a rescue like that… Doesn’t matter they are probably going 15-20 mph anyway. She could just jump off.

Dude, that’s a chick on the back of that tanker, not a guy. Maybe Letti’s doing the hijacking now since Vince got busted!

I notice the guy is on the back of a tanker truck. What are they doing, hijacking loads of gasoline now? HA it’s probly just as lucrative as DVD players from the first movie. But seriously, this movie looks like it’s going to be really good.

News Flash, these are just MOVIES! They do not have to be realistic, or truthful. They are MOVIES, only for entertainment value. I bet some of you morons were pissed off at the speed racer movie because it didn’t look real. Get a life. I find the series of Fast and Furious Movies to be very entertaining, and that is all that matters.
what people are crazy

I loved every F&F movie but mostly the first.i ve always liked tuned cars for as long as i can remember and F&F isnt the start of this.still cant wait to see the new one.street racing has its losses and people have to accept the fact that cars even in movies are not indestructable

We have a lot of hate on these movies. but the funny thing is, most of these people who claim to hate this movie are the same exact guys who started because of this movie. I guess they are poseing so hard they have to hate on those they consider as posers. I didn’t start working on cars because of the movie, I always been into classic cars, and muscle cars from when I was a young child. I only started working on tuners because my first car was an import, and I did so much research on this car I could write a 3000 page book. Now, what I did notice from these movies is an increase in activity in the tuner and car scene that normaly would be dying. Movie possibly saveing a dying art? most haters here would disagree, but it is possible. Now I don’t care for people like that rich kid on that Tuner Transformation show whose father bought him a brand new audi, and the kid states, I got into fast cars because of the fast and the furious. So when they suit up his audi. The kid come out looking like an idiot at an import show, with his collar popped, when they pop his hood to tell him what they put in, he looked completely lost when they threw out words like, intercooler, and intake. Now its one thing to not know about some parts, you might still be learning, but don’t brag about how into cars you are and that your car is like one in the fast and the furious, and not really know what ur talkin about

I love fast and the furious movies but its getting to be way more about flash and money and less about the cars. oh and by the way, why is paul there a ford gt in a crowd of tuner cars? (its next to paul walker’s r34)

I love the Fast and the Furious movies, but I must say. Its about time they got some real cars in the mix. They didn’t have near enough american vehicles previously.

The previous R34 had more electrnic damage to fix than the car was worth. Feds ZAPPED it in the 2nd movie.

Interesting, but why does Paul Walkers character go back to a stock-looking R34 GT-R? What happened to his previous one in 2Fast 2 Furious?

Wow, that top image is insane. Is Vin Diesel driving in reverse to pick up a fellow motorist trapped on the back of a fuel truck? Wouldn’t it be easier to be on the other side of the truck going forwards?

Anyway I liked Tokyo Drift and I’m glad that Justin Lin is directing FF4 too, but I’m dubious about the plot since it resembles FF2, which was a agonizing let down.

you know i have to agree with dusty there, the first fast and the furious was good because of the intro to street racing but after that it was just all about money, they wanted to make other movies just to make money and threw some tuned cars in there, that was about it. so they better do something to this movie to make people wanna see it!

Jun 24, 2008 at 6:32 pm
You know, the first Fast and the Furious was cool, because it did present a view on the street racing culture (even though that view was rather twisted). (Heck, I partially blame my love of modifying cars on the first Fast and the Furious movie.) But the second movie really had nothing to do with the street racing scene; it consisted of Paul Walker and Tyrese driving around in flashy cars and yelling “WHOOOO!” The third movie was even more unbelievable, though I do applaud it for making drifting slightly more popular here in the US. (Though one could argue that drifting would have become popular here of its own accord.)
.
Here’s to hoping that the fourth Fast and the Furious movie will actually be good.

looks like instead of hijacking trucks full of electronics, this time they’re hijacking trucks full of gas. fitting.

Oh Ricing some cars ain’t enough anymore I guess. I mean come on. Why would you wreck some mint Grand Nationals and hopefully not a 70 Chevelle!? I’d kill to have either of those cars sitting in my driveway in mint condition.
