This Just In: New On The Net
By Jen Dunnaway

We very much hope John’s doing okay on Bullrun, as we haven’t heard from him for some time. At least there’s always that one phone call they let you make from jail, and we fully expect him to think of us first instead of going with his initial impulse to call for beer delivery. Here’s the news:
- During an altercation with the mother of an infant, psychopathic teen in a CRX does a burnout on her Jeep stroller, running it over with the baby inside. Stroller holds up, baby survives. Jeep is so stoked that it gives mom a new stroller. KOMO News.
- Whoops! A gas station in Ohio gave away a bunch of gas for $1.40 a gallon as a result of a computer glitch. Drivers lined up for hours. Clip Syndicate.
- Some thugs in Germany are just a little too into The Fast And The Furious, stealing electronics from transport trucks while doing 60+ on the autobahn. Associated Press.
- To compete with Ford’s Sync, Chrysler is rolling out its "uconnect" system that’ll turn so-equipped 2009 vehicles into mobile wireless hotspots. That’d come in real handy on Bullrun! msnbc.
- Spy photographers have snapped the first really good clear shots of the 2009 Audi R8 V10. Wanna see ‘em? Jalopnik.
