Team Jeep Takes Second: SRT-8 Proves Burliness!

By John Coyle

Editor

Finishing second in any stage of the Bullrun is an impressive feat, so Team Jeep should definitely be congratulated for that achievement. But you know who else should be congratulated? The engineers over at Jeep! Earlier today, Jeb and Angela’s buddy Kiran took their rally-mobile to an indicated 153—and that’s with four passengers and a full load of luggage. Now, I knew the thing was fast, but 153? Wow. Glad they didn’t get popped for that one.

Team Jeep's SRT-8 is No Joke!

I like the JEEP the most if i was SRT8 shopping! the charger is OKAY but everyone has it, same with the three hunned! Seriously sometimes i find myself needing to do 150 on the highway you know when you gotta pass that SEMI TRUCK or something!

Torque monster… makes for the worlds fastest Jeeps. Which until this things came along was when the brakes went out on a Cherokee going down a mountian pass. haha

“Take it to the track” Unless of course you can get a couple good blog entries from it. In that case, it’s ok to do 150 on public roads.

Come on now, give credit where it is do, Jeep had nothing much to do with that vehicle. That credit goes to the team at SRT for putting it together!

The engine is hardly ticking over doing that speed. Look at the revs, only five and a half thousand. Gotta’ love those Hemi V8s, beautiful engines, and great picture too.
