Keep in mind guys we only 61 miles on it before we took it out… the cars on it’s way home and soon enough we’ll rip into again. The good part is we now have about 750 test miles on it so we know EXACTLY what has to be done, what has to be improved and where the strengths and weaknesses lie. It’s all part of car building Gents, test and tune and trial an error.

Just stay tuned because when all is said and done this thing is going to be EVIL!!!

Well, the tank wasn’t original, the coil was pretty likely not stock. I bet the wire wasn’t even OEM spec.

I love that car, regardless of its faults. We all considered it to be a fallen comrade. It will rise like a Phoenix from the ashes and dominate next year!

Angry, We know we’ll be seeing the Daytona soon, right?! Go ANGRY!

…and to think, I was outside that hotel talking to Larry Kosilla (Team Angry R8 Copilot and President of the NYMC) and he told me to get my camera ready for when the Daytona came rolling in. We heard a huge roar, Larry got excited and told me to press record… a pair of motorcycles came around the corner. Then Larry told me that the Daytona broke down a few blocks from the hotel. I waited for a bit and then left. I missed seing that beast roll into town. I did however get to see it the next day at the start line. It’s one amazing car!

That wing is higher then the counter at Subway… but seriously the car is sick and I can’t wait to see it back on the road in some sort of event!

Wow… Lots of problems along the way! nice to see you made it to the starting point tho… with peoples (meaning Tim’s) help of course… as well as the poeple you met along the way! I cant wait for part 3!
