This Just In: New on the Net
This post is coming a little late this morning, as I got totally distracted by FailBlog. Seriously, don’t go there unless you have a burly amount of time to waste, as it’s pretty addicting. Anyway, here’s the news.
- Think your job is too hard? Well, the former lead engineer on the Camry Hybrid program would tell you he had to worse, but he can’t. Because Toyota worked him to death! Jalopnik
- Some old-school commies are probably rolling in their graves, but Chevy—"the Heartbeat of America"—is now the number one selling brand in Russia. Given the crappy condition of the country’s roads, this could be great a great place to dump all the trucks that aren’t selling over here. AutoObserver
- Toyota has announced that it will begin building the Prius in the States. As if the greenies who drive those things need another thing to gloat about. CarScoop
- The Tata Nano might come with a compressed air engine! It’s probably going to cost a little more than $2,500, but still, how cool is that? Motor Authority
