This Just In: New on the Net
Today, I’m going to the office of our video editor to record voice overs for the footage I shot while on Bullrun. Hopefully I won’t sound like an idiot. Cross your fingers. Anyway, here’s the news:
- Gas prices are ridiculous, and some manufacturers are going all out to combat them. Case in point? Fiat and BMW are going to team up and deliver cars which achieve 100 miles per gallon! How cool is that? Auto Express
- It happens to the best of us, and as it turns out, it happens to the best of the best too. How do we know? Well, while testing the F430 Prototype on the ‘Ring, F1 champ Michael Schumacher cracked up the car. World Car Fans
- The Sync system has been a big success for Microsoft, and the Redmond software giant doesn’t want to lose any momentum. Of course, it makes sense that the largest software company in the world would move into ICE. The big question? Where’s Apple? Motor Authority
- For those who had feared otherwise, the Toyota juggernaut is not invincible. The company has just lowered its sales expectations for 2009. LA Times
